Our client needed help to enhance its positioning within engineering campuses through their campus hiring program. The problem statement was that ‘Their cool culture was not evident in their existing communication.’ Also, candidates did not clearly understand the job roles or the company business.
We offered a complete revamp of all their campus branding communication assets. Working closely with the HR leadership and team, we delved into our client’s campus program and the hurdles it faced.
